₪ Ankara is a favorite amongst people. She's quiet and has a docile temperment. She adores all people. Ankara is a sweet filly even with small children provided they don't pull on her too hard. The filly's incredibly calm even under stressful conditions. She happily takes the bit and only tosses her head some when the girth is being tightened. Despite being so young, Ankara is virtually bomb proof. She's startled more than she's spooked. Distant gunfire doesn't seem to phaze Lady that much.
When it comes to horses, Lady gets much more irritable. She needs her personal space around other horses. Even if she doesn't attack another horse outright, she does kick and attempt to bite any that get too close. Sometimes, it seems that Ankara is more stallion than mare from her aggressive behavior. No one really understands why Lady hates horses so much and loves people.
On the track, Ankara understands her job and does it dutifully. However, she needs a bit of time to
be totally focused on working but not so much time that her endurance wears out.
